製品概要

R35 TITAN PRO V2マフラー
  • R35GT-R専用に開発した、電子制御可変バルブ付きフルチタンマフラーです。
  • メインパイプは90φとし、大容量サイレンサー内部には絞りを設けず、特殊な膨張室と2本の60φチタン製インナーパンチングパイプを組み合わせたストレート構造を採用しています。
  • 最大の特徴は、バルブ全閉時でも高い排気効率を確保していることです。バルブを閉じた状態でもパワーロスを最小限に抑え、700ps程度までのチューニング車両であれば全開走行が可能です。
  • 可変バルブには電動式を採用。付属スイッチによる任意の開閉が可能で、バルブ全閉時はジェントルな音量、全開時はフルチタンならではのスポーティなエキゾーストサウンドを楽しめます。
  • 純正可変バルブ装着車は、純正の電子制御ユニットを移設することで純正同様のバルブ制御にも対応します。
  • 素材には高耐熱チタン合金STTI（Ti-Cu-Nb）を採用。130φの4本出しテールとし、標準仕様ではチタン特有のヒートグラデーション仕上げとなります。
  • 重量は12.4kgで、前期型R35GT-R純正マフラーの17.4kgに対して約5kgの軽量化を実現しています。
  • 車検対応年式はMY07～MY08、MY17～MY19です。その他の年式についても順次認証取得予定です。

R35 TITAN PRO V2 Exhaust
  • The R35 TITAN PRO V2 Exhaust is a full titanium exhaust system developed exclusively for the Nissan R35 GT-R
  • featuring an electronically controlled exhaust valve.
  • The 90mm main pipe flows into a large-capacity silencer with a straight-through design using two 60mm titanium perforated inner pipes and a specially designed expansion chamber without restrictive sections.
  • Its key feature is its exceptional exhaust efficiency even with the valve fully closed. Power loss is kept to a minimum
  • allowing full-throttle driving with the valve closed on tuned vehicles producing up to approximately 700PS.
  • The electronically controlled valve can be opened or closed manually using the supplied switch. With the valve closed
  • the system provides a refined exhaust note. Open the valve to enjoy the distinctive sporty sound of a full titanium exhaust.
  • For R35 GT-R models originally equipped with an electronically controlled exhaust valve
  • the factory control unit can be transferred to retain OEM-style valve operation.
  • The exhaust is constructed from high heat-resistant STTI (Ti-Cu-Nb) titanium alloy and features four 130mm exhaust tips with a heat-gradient finish as standard.
  • The complete system weighs only 12.4kg
  • approximately 5kg lighter than the 17.4kg factory exhaust fitted to early-model R35 GT-Rs.
  • Currently JDM street legal for MY07-MY08 and MY17-MY19. Certification for additional model years is planned.
